Ordered 36.5 inch length by mistake need longer 37.5, called the store during normal business hours and they told me the order was shipped, within the duration of 4 hours the order was shipped with tracking number. Told them about the issue and they recalled the shipment and sent me the correct size 37.5 and were very helpful over the phone. Five Stars
